Paper Submission

Please submit extended abstracts (up to 12 pages in the LNCS/CCIS one-column page format) via online submission system（https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=isbra2026）.

Submission implies the willingness of at least one author to register and present at the symposium. The authors should choose one of the following tracks:

Track 1: Submit up to 12 pages in LNCS format for (i) publication of the extended abstract in the Springer LNBI Proceedings and (ii) invitation to submit a 30%-50%-extended version to ISBRA2026 special issues. The pending approval journals are:

IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics
IEEE Transactions on Molecular, Biological, and Multi-Scale Communications
Journal of Computer Science and Technology
Tsinghua Science and Technology
Chinese Journal of Electronics
Big Data Mining and Analytics

NPJ Systems Biology and Applications

Track 2: Submit up to 12 pages in LNCS format for (i) a presentation at the conference and (ii) an invitation to submit a full-length paper to ISBRA2026 special issues. The pending approval journals are:

Computational Biology
Methods
Interdisciplinary Sciences-Computational Life Sciences
Health information science and systems
Quantitative Biology
BMC Bioinformatics
BMC Genomics

Authors should consult Springer's Instructions for Authors of Proceedings and use either the LaTeX or the Word templates provided on the authors' page, for the preparation of their papers.

Note: The 12-page limit does not count supplementary materials. Please refer to previous conference proceedings for examples.

Please prepare your paper according to templates (up to 12 pages in LNCS format), you can download the templates from “Information for Authors of Computers Science Proceedings ” page. You have to submit a signed Consent-to-Publish form. The Consent-to-Publish form can be downloaded from here.
